Ingredients
- 1/3 cup uncooked old-fashioned oats
- ¼ cup canned pumpkin
- ¼ cup Jilbert Dairy milk
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Kosher salt, if desired
- Real maple syrup, if desired
How to
- In large microwaveable mug stir together all ingredients except salt and maple syrup.
- Microwave on 50% power for about 4 minutes, checking center to see that all egg is cooked through.
- Serve with sprinkle of kosher salt and drizzle of maple syrup, if desired.
