Pumpkin Oatmeal Mug Bake

  • 1/3 cup uncooked old-fashioned oats
  • ¼ cup canned pumpkin
  • ¼ cup Jilbert Dairy milk
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Kosher salt, if desired
  • Real maple syrup, if desired

How to

  1. In large microwaveable mug stir together all ingredients except salt and maple syrup. Microwave on 50% power for about 4 minutes, checking center to see that all egg is cooked through. Serve with sprinkle of kosher salt and drizzle of maple syrup, if desired.
