Ingredients
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup Jilbert Dairy half & half
- 8 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
How to
- Heat oven to 375°F.
- In medium bowl beat together cheese, half & half, eggs, salt and pepper.
- In 10-inch high-sided oven-proof skillet melt butter on medium heat. Pour in egg mixture. Using a silicone spatula, gently scrap down edges and lift edges to let unset eggs flow into the bottom of the skillet. Once the bottom is set; place skillet in oven.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until eggs are set. Cut into wedges; serve immediately.
