Ingredients
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup Jilbert Dairy buttermilk
- ¼ cup cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 ½ cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrot
- Pepper to taste
How to
- In large bowl whisk together sugar, mayonnaise, buttermilk, vinegar and salt.
- Gently stir in cabbage and carrot until well coated; pepper to taste.
- Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour.
